Today, our customer will find it convenient to take part in our culinary activity. We open daily and we have two schedules per day: Morning & Afternoon. Foodies will get hands on, guide, and simplified experiences by our professional chef Mr Pham Dinh Chuong. After the class, we will receive complimentary beverages and also a cooking certificate and one gift. Additionally, we have vegan and vegetarian option. • Main dish : Vietnamese Traditional  beef/ chicken noodle soup( Phở bò/ Phở gà)

• Deep fried spring roll

• Caramelized pork or fish

時間表

Morning Session

• 10:00 am: arrive at Troc's Kitchen
• 10:15 am: introduction with complimentary coffee or tea (the learners will get the chance to share with our chef how to make the original Vietnamese drop coffee
• 10:45 am: Start to cook and taste the food course by course until done on each menu. Complimentary drinks are available
• 2:30 pm: time to enjoy fruit plate and receive certificate and souvenirs, End of the cooking class.
