課程介紹
I will help you design your preferred characters, and I'll help you turn those designs into an edible meal. We'll carve fresh, seasonal ingredients into cartoon faces. It can be challenging, but I'll give you tips to make it fun.
When your food art is complete, we'll snap photographs to show your creations to the world, and then you'll eat them for lunch.

- Japanese "Bento" is popular as "BENTO" overseas. "Chara-ben", a kind of bento which shapes rice and side dishes into manga and anime characters, is a unique culture of animation advanced country Japan, attracting attentions all over the world. In this plan, we gonna introduce you how to make a Chara-ben into popular characters among foreigners such as Kumamon and Totoro in English.
This will be an experience of making a very cute chara-ben decorated with seaweed and cheese easily. It will be too cute to be ate.
It is a new attempt to let foreigners get connections with Japanese culture through Japanese-style food. Hope you can have a fun character making experience on this occasion.

"A wonderful experience!"
Our teacher Ai was wonderful! She emailed clear instructions to us and greeted us outside the apartment. The cooking studio was clean, quaint, and she was extremely patient with my three boys aged 7 to 9! We made the most adorable totoro bento box, it was delicious! Ai was so warm and kind and even gave little gifts for my boys at the end of the class. Thank you and we will definitely book another session next time we visit Osaka!

"Amazing!"
Ai was really kind and welcoming. She explained everything in detail and made us feel like home. Hope to go back to Japan soon and until than we will try making our own bento boxes at home :)

"It was fun and wonderful"
Teachers are nice and funny. It was wonderful to have Ai taught us how to make beautiful and delicious Japanese bento. If you are looking for home style cooking lesson, you definitely have to join this class.

"Such a sweetheart"
This class was the perfect length and the teacher was so so nice. It was fun and the food was good. There was no one else in the class but us. She even gave us the recipe and specific instructions to take home. Great experience!
