Enjoy a two hour hands-on cooking experience at Chinese Cooking Workshop. The aim of this class is to give you the tools to cook Dim Sum just like the Chinese do. During the class you will have the chance to get a demo by the chef before cooking two recipes of your own.

"Clear lessons about dumplings"
The class was two hours as promised. We practiced making dough a few times before making dumplings. I was able to make a vegetarian version, and the class was small enough to talk with people. I'm planning to go again next week.

"Fun!"
The dim sum cooking class we did through Cookly was great! Linda was our instructor and she was wonderful! We wish that Cookly would’ve provided the schedule for the cooking school ahead of time because we probably would’ve chosen a different menu. Get there a little early because they are very precise on the start time and it felt a bit rushed at the beginning. Also, the location is a bit difficult to find. Not great signage for the cooking school.
