Russian Cooking Class at Local House in Moscow with Dinner

課程介紹

You will be a guest in a real Russian family, you will visit a local apartment where you learn how to cook Russian cuisine dishes. 

We believe that cooking is a wonderful way to expand your knowledge of Russia. We will start with an aperitif and local artisan cheese and appetizers. The dinner includes a minimum of four dishes and a degustation of several Russian wines and other beverages. 

It can be a chance to explore a real Russian hospitality and learn how to cook authentic Russian dishes. you will learn about Russian culinary habits and traditions, most popular dishes and the seasonality of local products and ingredients. It can be a very special event you will remember. 

The host will pick you up from the meeting point (at the metro station underground) or you can grab a taxi and go directly to the apartment if you prefer (not so far from the city center).

Russian Full Course Meal

• Salad (Olivier or Vinaigrette) 
• Soup (Borsh or Tshi) 
• Beef Stroganoff or Dumplings with beef 
• Pancakes with homemade jam or Cake (carrot or Apple)

時間表

Starting time is mostly evening, but we can try to adapt to the needs of the guest

Evening Class:

• 8:00 pm: Meet at the center MRT or local house
• 8:10 pm: Introduction of food culture and ingredient
• 8:30 pm: Cook session 
• 9:30 pm: Enjoy dinner with Russian wine
• 10:30 pm: End of the class
