課程介紹
For about 3 hours you'll be guided into the gastronomy of the Caribbean kitchen. We'll make sure most ingredients are prepared so you can focus on learning kitchen techniques & methods. We want you to have a fun, informal evening where you can relax with a glass of wine and actively learn something of the Colombian cuisine & food. Afterwards, you'll get to eat what you made as well.

"Fun and Delicious!"
We had a great time learning to make the local dishes on our vacation in Cartagena. The class is held in a hip restaurant and the food and drinks are delicious! It was great to receive instructions in English as well as Spanish. My only suggestion would be a recipe sheet. Thanks for a great evening!

"Great!"
Nice twist to our vacation, we took the class in Cartegena Co. It was our First cooking class. Class offered a translator which helped! The only criticism is that the class offered too much food :)!!! So by the time we sat down to eat our meal we had cooked we were stuffed. Could've offered more history/backstory of the region. Overall great class would take again!
