This class was great!!!! Would definitely do it again.

The class was fun, informative and a highlight of our trip to Italy.

We loved our cooking class with Nonna Chiana. She doesn't speak hardly any English to Giulia was there to translate and both Giulia and Nonna Chiana were great! I learned a lot of things that I didn't know that I can take with me into other cooking as well! And the food we had was delightful. We got lucky with a fun group of Canadians and another American couple and had a blast! I want to do it again! <3

Absolutely the highlight of our trip to Tuscany! My husband and I loved the one on one cooking instruction and authentic recipes and atmosphere of the class. We learned so much and got to eat our homemade pasta after the class over a nice dinner with our host and her husband. It was hands down the best meal that we had during our time in Italy. Would highly recommend this class for amazing food and a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Beautiful drive in Tuscan countryside that led us to a wonderful Villa where our hosts Patricia and Julia were awaiting our arrival. After a much needed glass of toscana vino we jumped into to preparation of a delightful evening meal (and drinking more wine). It was great fun and entertaining to learn their techniques to simply prepare delicious food which included octopus, tagliatelle pasta with meat ragout, rabbit and desert. We had mentioned during prep it was our 25th anniversary. We were surprised with a romantic table for two, dim lights and Italian music in the background of course. As the hour was late (and much wine was sampled) out host graciously suggested we stay at the Villa for the night which we gladly accepted. The accommodation was everything one might imagine in a rustic Tuscan villa retreat. We only wished we could stay longer to enjoy the quiet solitude this country estate offers. We will most definitely visit again and invite friends to share in this magical adventure. Bob and Gail Langworthy

We had a wonderful experience, learned a lot and enjoyed a very delicious meal with wine at the end. I also appreciated how accommodating they were with my partner who was recovering from an illness. Overall a wonderful experience, highly recommended.

We just loved it! The staff was welcoming and inviting. Step by step instructions were given. The food was amazing. I'd do it again!!

First, recipes are ones you can cook at home. Two, simple, great directions. Three, such nice people. Four, beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Le Pietre Vive. Due to an inclement weather forecast, we made a last minute change and found this cooking class experience. We are so glad we did. Nona and her amazing team provided a 5 Star experience for our whole family. We learned a ton, almost all of the ingredients came directly from their estate, we prepared everything in their family kitchen, and it was delicious! They also have such a great story on why and how they got into the business, which made it even more special. If you are looking for a great group experience, with great people, food, information, and fun, I highly recommend booking a class with this fantastic group of people.

Our family of 7 (3 generations) had the best day learning how to cook. Being welcomed into their farmhouse and having a meal together was incredible. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this excursion- one of my favorite memories of the trip.

We loved our time with Grazia! She altered the menu to accommodate our requests so we were able to learn how to prepare some of our favorite dishes from the region. We were able to use the techniques we learned during our stay in Italy and at home. We especially appreciated the pace that allowed us to participate in and learn each step. We also enjoyed learning about the property and the region. The setting was beautiful. We highly recommend this experience.

The italian cookingclass was gifted to me by my boyfriend for my birthday. I always wanted to learn how to make fresh pasta and Alberto and joya made the experience unforgetable. Patritizia and Aurora were amazing! They created a perfect environment. They were patient, flexible and expert.

We learned how to make two different pastas and two different sauces. Grazia makes it look easy and shared a lot of information with us so we can replicate the recipes at home. The farm house is a great location to learn about making authentic Italian pasta, Grazia is a very good teacher and the wine was not bad either. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend it to others that want to learn how to make paste in a small group at an authentic farm house kitchen.
