The cooking class was amazing! The chef Kazu and miz gaves us very good explanations about the Japanese traditional food in english and was so patient when we asked questions about the process. Few days before the cooking class the chef asked us for food restrictions and made adjustments for us. The food we cooked together was very tasty,That was an amazing experience thank you!
We absolutely loved the experience! We’ve done cooking classes before, but this one takes the proverbial cake. It wasn‘t only a cooking class, it was also a cultural experience. We got to learn so many tips and tricks for cooking one of the most beloved Japanese dishes - Ramen and Gyoza. The chef and the interpreters were super friendly, they made the class definitely a one to remember. What’s even nicer is that they asked for our feedback and suggestions after which made them all the more endearing.
I had a wonderful experience making Japanese food, and the warmth and friendliness of the chef and team made it feel like family. Celebrating my wife’s birthday there made the day even more special and memorable. The team sang a beautiful birthday song in Japanese. The chef kindly shared the recipes for the dishes we made, so we can recreate them at home—Miso ramen, Gyoza, and traditional green tea. We were also treated to a delicious sesame pudding, which was the perfect finish. Overall, I’d give the experience a 5/5—it’s definitely a must-visit!
My girlfriend and I had an amazing time during the 2-hour cooking class in Tokyo! We learned how to make delicious ramen and gyoza, and even got to experience a traditional matcha ceremony. The class was a lot of fun, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Our interpreter was incredibly nice and made the experience feel extra special. We had such a fantastic time at this cooking class! From the moment we arrived, the instructors made us feel welcome and comfortable. They guided us step by step through making delicious gyoza and miso ramen, and even taught us how to prepare matcha tea the proper way. Every step was translated into english and at the end they also handed out the recipe. We not only enjoyed the meals we created but left with skills we can now use at home. This class was a highlight of our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a personal, unique and tasty experience!

It was a pleasant experience to cook the miso ramen accompanied by the teacher and eat what we made. Likewise, the flavor chosen was very successful since it was something new for my palate. Maybe something I would recommend would be to reduce the amount of gyoza just a little. The tea sampler was unexpected but nice. I loved the combination of the sweet with the matcha tea.
I loved that the first meal I had when I arrived to Japan was one that they taught me to prepare for myself, it was unforgettable. Everyone was super friendly and the chefs were super charismatic.
