Starting at the Sant’Ambrogio market was an excellent way to see local life and gather fresh ingredients. The chef was fantastic, guiding us through every step of making delicious pasta and tiramisù. The hands-on experience was both educational and enjoyable, and the small group setting made it feel very personal. The meal was delicious, and the whole experience was genuinely authentic.

The experience starts in the heart of Florence with a visit to the Sant’Ambrogio food market. Browsing through the stalls and selecting fresh, local ingredients was a treat in itself. Back in the kitchen, we got our hands dirty and learned to make tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisù from scratch. The chef was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process fun and engaging.
