Giving awareness to our food choices means knowing how and what we feed our body, our mind and our spirit. Being aware of what we ingest means being able to contribute to our health and that of our planet. It means making the ethical choice of sustainable food, which does not harm our planet, it means choosing to eliminate industrial foods that poison us and feed food consumerism, replacing them with tasty, healthy and homemade alternatives. The conscious feeding center has as its main objective the education for a healthy and conscious feeding through: Theoretical and practical natural cooking courses for adults; manipulation courses and natural cooking for children; Food education and cooking courses for the prevention of wellness diseases; individual meetings of nutritional therapy and nutritional counseling; promotion of events with tasty, healthy and eco-sustainable menus; and conferences on issues concerning nutrition in children, sustainable nutrition, vegetarian diet, food policies, etc.
