Meet at Hey! Coffee MRT Sukhumvit to discover the nearby market with a guided tour available for the morning class, where you will browse for the freshest ingredients to make your authentic Thai dishes. (There will be "Mango Carving" instead of a market tour for the afternoon and the evening class, the introduction to ingredients will be taken place at House of Taste Thai Cooking School in Sukhumvit 4)

Learn about various exotic Thai ingredients, including vegetables, rice, herbs, and spices, as well as the preparation of coconut milk and curry paste from scratch. Spend two hours making four delicious dishes, and savor each one individually while they're still hot and fresh. Get your hands dirty by making the curry paste from scratch, and take home all recipes with you so you can recreate the gastronomic experience again in the future.

We can provide substitute ingredients for vegetarian, halal, kosher, and allergic people.

The market tour is available only for the morning class, while the afternoon and evening classes will feature mango carving instead.

"So good I came back!"

This was my second course, the first was about 18 months ago and I was on an afternoon class - which was brilliant. When I checked into my hotel the concierge asked what I was aiming to do during my stay, when I mentioned the course he knew exactly which one it was and recommended I do the morning course with the market tour. The tour was brilliant and May was very knowledgable and insightful. From there we went back to the school and proceeded to cook 4 dishes, I had checked to make sure they were different to my last visit. The vibe within the school was brilliant and May kept us all on track with the preparation and her stories about Bangkok life. If you are reading this then don’t hesitate to book - it’s such fun and both times I’ve been the classes have had such an eclectic mix of people who all got on. Only have a light breakfast as everything you cook you eat and 4 courses by lunch, while lovely, did leave me thinking a smaller breakfast would have been a good idea.

We had a really good experience during this cooking class with our teacher and her team. We learned a lot of details and got to take the recipes home. We cooked and ate and cooked and ate.. it was really delishous thai food. It was easy with a food allergy to attend the class, because we saw all ingredients and could control fully what we put on our own plate. I highly recommend this class!

Mayee hat uns anfangs au dem Markt einiges über die lokalen Gemüse erzählt, wir konnten an allem riechen und schmecken. Danach waren wir in einem lokalen supermakrt, wo wir noch gewürze kaufen konnten. Der kochkurs war super, wunderschön hergerichtet und das essen fabelhaft 😃 danke nochmala für den lehrreichen Morgen

"Very good"

April was our teacher and she was very entertaining. Her English is perfect, she even speaks with an Amerikan accent. She made jokes and broke the ice for everyone. The atmosphere was fun. We got a good basic insight in the Thai cuisine. There is probably much more to know, but April did a good job by giving us a strong basis to build upon. At the end she shared multiple recepies. I definitely recommend it!
