You will be spending your day in a Thai-style open-air cooking area learning how to cook your favorite Thai dishes.

"A wonderful experience."

I learned a lot of new techniques and the chef was very knowledgeable and helpful. I won’t wait another seventeen years for my next class. My husband also enjoyed the course and is eager to attend another.
