Our team is dedicated to preparing every step with care, from our behind-the-scenes staff who prioritize cleanliness and the freshness of ingredients, to our instructors who are passionate about sharing knowledge and take joy in seeing everyone enjoy our classes.

Schedule Dates

Chinese Class

• Wednesday and Friday (morning session)
• Saturday and Sunday (afternoon session)

English Classes 

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (morning session)
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (afternoon session)

The only exceptions are the following dates that will still be English class.

• 10th January (Friday Morning) 
• 15 February (Sunday afternoon)
• 22nd February (Sunday afternoon)
• 1st March (Saturday afternoon)

• 8:45 AM: Arrive at the cooking school for the start of your culinary adventure.
• 9:00 AM: Hop on a Tuk Tuk for a short 5-minute ride to Prannok Market.
• 9:05 AM: Enjoy a guided tour of the local market, exploring fresh ingredients and Thai food culture.
• 9:50 AM: Return to Arun Thai Cooking via Tuk Tuk.
• 10:00 AM: Begin the class with an introduction and preparation of a refreshing welcome drink.
• 10:20 AM: First dish – Tom Yum Prawns.
• 10:50 AM: Second dish – Pad Thai Prawns.
• 11:20 AM: Third dish – Massaman Curry or Green Curry.
• 12:00 NN: Fourth dish – Mango Sticky Rice or Coconut Ice Cream.
• 12:15 PM: End of the cooking class.

Afternoon Session

• 2:00 PM: Arrive at the cooking school for the start of your culinary adventure.
• 2:15 PM: Hop on a Tuk Tuk for a short 5-minute ride to Prannok Market.
• 2:20 PM: Enjoy a guided tour of the local market, exploring fresh ingredients and Thai food culture.
• 2:50 PM: Return to Arun Thai Cooking via Tuk Tuk.
• 3:00 PM: Begin the class with an introduction and preparation of a refreshing welcome drink.
