- 9:00 am: Pick up from Bahia Palace and Medina area
- 10:00 am: Local market tour
- 10:40 am: Arrive at the kitchen and prepare the food
- 11:20 am: Cooking class
- 12:00 pm: Enjoy the meal
- 1:00 pm: End of the class
