The market tour was amazing. Our guide was so knowledgable about Balinese foods. His connections with the locals within the market enhanced our experience as we engaged in conversations. The cooking school was beautiful. There was plenty of room for guests and the space was very clean. Our chef was very knowledgable and shared local stories and customs which gave us further insight into the local cultures around food. Everyone was hands on for the whole day and there was always an opportunity to learn some more. The meal was absolutely delicious.
