Our Vietnamese cooking class offers a unique opportunity for vegans to indulge in local dishes crafted to meet
their dietary needs.

In addition, we'll arrange a short visit to a nearby local market so you can explore our everyday life as well as
seeing how colorful and fresh the vegetables we choose are.

This unique adventure awaits you at our vegan cooking class. We look forward to showing you a side of
Vietnam that's beyond the usual tourist track. As a cultural hub, you will do cooking our iconic recipes and
enjoy them together like an authentic Vietnamese family usually does while listening to our cultural stories.

1. Nộm Hoa Chuối/Banana Flower Salad: A special appetizer from fresh Banana flowers, vegetables, and herbs.

2. Bún Chả/ Obama Noodles - BBQ (Mushrooms/Tofu) with Dipping Sauce: Sweet and sour dipping sauce with flavorsome marinated mushrooms or tofu. Chef Anthony Bourdain and the Former President of the USA - Mr. Barack Obama enjoyed this BBQ with pork, and now we would like to bring it to everybody who prefers veggie food!

3. Nem/ Vietnamese Fried Spring-rolls: Nem and Bún Chả will be the best combination for you to feel the sound of crispy rolls and taste the full flavor of tofu, mushrooms, and vegetables dipped in sweet and sour sauce.

4. Chè: traditional dessert with corn/bean and coconut cream. Taste the flavors of tropical ingredients in an authentic Vietnamese style.

This is our best iconic 4-dish menu that almost everybody would like to try in Hanoi.

Our kitchen is not a professional school but rather a cultural hub offering an authentic local cuisine experience. We aim to provide you with a cozy and comfortable cooking environment, much like being part of a family.

• 9:00-9:15 am: Get picked up from your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
• 9:20-9:30 am: Visit a local market near our cooking class to see how colorful the fresh vegetable and fruits are and choose your ingredients
• 10:10-10:20 am: Make 4 traditional recipes like an authentic Vietnamese does and listen to our cultural stories 
• 12:30-1:00 pm: Enjoy your cooking creations with local wines 
• 1:30 - 2:00 pm: End of cooking class and return to your hotel (in the Old Quarter)

Afternoon Session

• 3:00-3:15 pm: Get picked up from your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
• 3:20-3:30 pm: Visit a local market near our cooking class to see how colorful the fresh vegetable and fruits are and choose your ingredients
• 4:10-4:20 pm: Make 4 traditional recipes like an authentic Vietnamese does and listen to our cultural stories
• 6:30-6:45 pm: Enjoy your cooking creations with local wines 
• 7:30 - 8:00 pm: End of cooking class and return to your hotel (in the Old Quarter)
