It was fun, informative and very educational. We learned a lot about Japanese cuisine, most of all, how to make ramen and gyoza dumplings. The host of the class was very nice. It was great experience!
I recently had the pleasure of attending a noodle-making class led by Chef Yoshi and his wife Amo, along with my 14-year-old son. Both Yoshi and Amo were wonderful hosts, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. They shared all the secrets behind preparing delicious noodles and gyozas, making the class both educational and enjoyable. Their warmth and expertise made it a truly memorable experience. The class was engaging for all ages, including my teenage son. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning authentic noodle and gyoza preparation, regardless of age.
Yoshi and Amo were lovely hosts, and it was great to learn about the ramen making process. The ramen and dumplings were delicious.
Yoshi and Amo are generous hosts. The whole experience was great. Easy to communicate with as we were running late due to a train issue. Amo met us at the station with umbrellas and walked us back to their place. Great demonstration and explanations from Yoshi. Very hands on experience. Left feeling very full! Must do experience. Can't wait to try the recipes at home. Suzie and Michelle (from Australia)
Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our class. Both Amo and Yoshi speak English fluently and taught us some great techniques. The ramen and gyoza were delicious and we can't wait to try it ourselves at home.
Really delicious and authentic. Our whole group loved it.
Together with my husband we had a chance to participate in Ramen cooking lesson with Amo and Yoshi and it was an amazing experience. We had so much fun and also learnt a lot. I highly recommend this class to anyone as you will not only acquire new skills but also spent time in a warm atmosphere.
What a fantastic class with Yoshi and Amo. We met at the metro and walked home together and had such a nice time learning about the couple and their experiences cooking. They helped us prepare ramen, make noodles, gyoza filling, and helped us with wrapping them. There was even a small (uncompetitive) game built into the mealtime and prep. We are so honored to learn from Yoshi, who shared information about making ramen broth with us, and ramen oil and sauce. Everything we got to eat was so delicious and we left with extremely full and happy bellies!
We did the class as a family with me (Dad) and 2 teenage kids (13 & 14). The hosts were awesome, and our food was very tasty. Easy to find as we were picked up for the station and walked to their house for the cooking experience. Everyone enjoyed it and we are looking forward to trying the recipe at home.
Yoshi and his wife were super friendly and eager to teach. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to walk us through each step. It was a pleasure hearing their story and being welcomed into their kitchen. The meet-up was super simple and a short walk to the class. I wish them success in the future and hope everyone picks them to work with.
We had the best time! Yoshi and his wife were exceptional! We had a lot of fun learning new skills and how to make the most delicious ramen we have ever had! We also learned to make gyoza. So yummy!! The studio was beautiful and perfect for the class. Definitely recommend!!
Run by a super kind couple, we learned from scratch how to cook ramen and gyozas with a Japanese chef. The broth was so good, and thanks to the tips from them, we did great ramen and gyozas. We can't wait to try it at home! We had an amazing time and we highly recommend it, don't be afraid if you see there are no reviews, they literally just opened, but give it a try, you won't regret it. It was a fantastic day!
