Baan Nate Home Cooking starts from Lung (Uncle) Kai and Pa (Aunt) Rong, raising their only child “Nate”, me. With their love and passion for cooking, they have passed their secret homie recipes to me and I am eager to share my cooking skill to people from around the world.
Prior to starting cooking class at home, Lung Kai and Pa Rong owned a restaurant which lasts them over 40 years in Bangkok, Koh Samui and finally in Phuket.
Please note that have kept the kitchen learning area in the way that is suitable to cook Thai menus. The kitchen set up is open kitchen style which is a common concept in Thailand. The purpose of the cooking class is for those who want to create Thai dishes that you can simply enjoy with as few ingredients as possible. You will learn about Thai spices and be able to adjust with different kind of ingredients you can easily find at home.
