Mam offers a variety of Thai specialties. She shares her favorite recipes or you can choose from her expansive menu - appetizers, salads, soups, main courses and desserts.
Best of all, you get to cook in Mam's private kitchen! Mam teaches you all her "special secrets" about preparing, cooking and presenting the best exotic Thai dishes. 9:30 am: Introduction and knowledge of special herbs and ingredients in each recipe
10:00 am: Preparation of all ingredients by the students with Mam's personal instruction
10:30 am: Cooking demonstration of each dish by Mam - followed by students cooking alone
1:00 pm: Tasting session after each prepared dish with feedback from Mam and students
