Cronograma
- 2:00 PM: Meet at MRT Huay Kwang Exit 4, explore the local market, and return to the cooking school.
- 3:00 PM: Introduction to vegetables, rice, and herbs. Learn how to make coconut milk, sticky rice, and curry paste from scratch.
- 3:30 PM: Session 1 – Prepare a soup or stir-fried dish.
- 4:00 PM: Session 2 – Make a refreshing salad.
- 4:30 PM: Session 3 – Cook an authentic curry.
- 5:00 PM: Session 4 – Create a delightful dessert and enjoy your dishes.
- 6:00 PM: Wrap up your meal before the class concludes.
- 7:00 PM: Transfer back to the meeting point at MRT Huay Kwang Exit 4.
Remark: If you don’t have much time, you can come later and join us at the session at time table.
