This hands-on cooking experience aims to dive deep into Italian traditional cuisine. One-on-one guidance, useful tips, and historical insights with the help of local chefs.

Our kitchen is a hidden gem with great historical value: steps from St. Peters Basilica and once a Vatican granary. After a warm welcome, with sparking wine and nibbles, we will put our aprons on and get our hands dirty!

You'll learn how to master making irresistible fresh homemade pasta and traditional Roman dishes such as Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, or Carbonara. You'll taste some starters as well, made with seasonal ingredients.

The lesson wraps up with enjoying the fruits of your labor: your cuisine, paired with carefully selected local wine and laughs. Cooking is a joy and a way to connect with people from all over the world. Take home a booklet containing the recipes.
