Join us in our family garden in Sorrento to learn how to make eggplant parmigiana using our Mama's recipes. We will teach you the techniques and ingredients to create this local dish. 

The eggplant parmigiana and everything else will be prepared with local ingredients grown in our family garden. 

Before the cooking class, we will have a meet and greet in our private family garden so we can get to know each other and enjoy seasonal refreshments from the garden.
