There is so much more to Capri beyond the center like our fascinating unexplored neighbourhood of Matermania. Here locals continue to appreciate the beautiful but quiet side of the popular island.

Once your pick up has been arranged we will take you throughout the picturesque walk to reach our neighbourhood where you will gain true insight and an authentic perspective of the local life here in Capri ending at our favorite viewpoint of the Amalfi coast. Once you are in the neighbourhood of Matermania you can also take advantage of the various breath-taking views facing the Amalfi coast, like the famous “Natural Arch'', “Piazzetta delle Noci'' viewpoint, and the start of the magical “Pizzo Lungo” hike that takes you back to the main square of Capri.

Our Capri lunch express class is designed for those who want to make the best of their time here on the island while also gaining insight of the local culinary traditions during a friendly cooking class straight from our home. You will be greeted with a welcome aperitif and a local regional wine. The class is focused on teaching our guests one of Capri's most traditional dishes the "Ravioli Capresi" from scratch paired with a local regional wine. You will end the class by enjoying your own Ravioli on our terrace and finish of with the homemade dessert of the day and our very own homemade limoncello!

Handmade Ravioli stuffed with Caciotta Sorrentina, eggs and marjoram herb with organic Piennolo tomato sauce.

Cronograma

11:00 AM: Pick up at the meeting point.

11:20 AM: Arrive at home and welcome Aperitivo

12:00 PM: Hands on food preparation

1:30 PM: Time to eat what you made
