Let our chef lead you on a visit to a typical neighbourhood market at Tiong Bahru to select and purchase fresh ingredients for your cooking class.

"A perfect introduction to Singaporean cuisine"
We started with the market tour at Tiong Bahru Market.
Ryan provided us with lots of interesting background information: the history of the area, the market, the products on offer and the variety of hawker stalls.
Afterwards we took a taxi to the cooking school. It is perfectly furnished so that we could start cooking right away.
Ryan is an absolutely competent cooking professional, so we were able to benefit a lot.
Enjoying the three-course meal was the perfect end to this great event.
