Let's Cook Together a Traditional Italian Meal in Turin

I'm happy to host you at my house for a great culinary experience. You will have the opportunity to cook five traditional Italian recipes which will change depending on the season and availability of ingredients at the local market. Depending on your requests, we can arrange a special menu. We will cook everything together from scratch and 100% hands-on for a complete Italian meal. 

While cooking, I will give you great tips so that you can remake any dish at home. After three hours of preparing the dishes, we'll get to taste the results. Sitting around the table of a typical Italian dining room, we'll eat everything we've prepared. I will also give you all the recipes so that you can have fun at home making these Italian dishes with your friends and family. 

Menu

Appetizers: 

• Pizza
• Parmigiana di melanzane (eggplants with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese)

or

• Sformato di carote con crema al formaggio (carrot soufflé with cheese sauce)

Main Dishes: 

• Risotto with zucchini
• Polpette al sugo (meatballs with tomato sauce)

or 

• Agnolotti (fresh pasta with filling)
• Scaloppine al limone (chicken escalopes with lemon)

Dessert:

• Tiramisu

Cronograma

Morning Session:

• 9:00 am: We meet at my house
• 9:10 am: We cook together 
• 12:00 pm: We have lunch eating what we prepared
• 1:00 pm: End of the cooking class

Evening Session:

• 6:00 pm: We meet at my house
• 6:10 pm: We cook together
• 9:00 pm: We have dinner eating what we prepared
• 10:00 pm: End of the cooking class
