Cronograma

  • 10:30 am: Meet up with an introduction from Brenda & Lee
  • 10:40 am: Start with making the pork meat or the tofu skin fillings
  • 10:50 am: Make the dough from scratch and let it ferment 
  • 11:00 am: Learn and practice how to fold the Bao
  • 11:30 am: Start to wrap the Bao
  • 12:00 pm: Move to cook the hot and sour soup and steam the Bao bun
  • 12:30 pm: Sit down together to enjoy the meal
  • 1:00 pm: Finish up and end of class

"A great very authentic experience"
This is the real deal with Brenda and Lee sharing their home to teach you to cook bao buns and hot and sour soup . A real insight into Chinese cooking and as a bonus Chinese life. Walking from the station to the apartment is only 400 yards or so but you soon realise this is off the tourist trail. It was a memorable morning !
