This class is for people who like to combine their travel adventures with a cooking adventure. Discover the secrets of my region's recipes while enjoying the unique beauty at the Amalfi Coast, a coastal region with a stunning landscape that many have fallen in love with.

Our cooking is 100% Mediterranean and only uses quality ingredients sourced locally (in the true sense of Zero Kilometre and Slow Food). Each dish, whether it's bruschetta, fresh pasta or chocolate cake, is made according to a traditional recipe handed down over the generations. Every dish stays true to its original flavours.

I will share these recipes with you and show you how traditional cuisine can be served with a modern touch that gives it an extra “wow” factor. 

You will be shown step-by-step how to prepare each dish, how to knead pasta dough, fillet fish and even how to stuff zucchini flowers.

Each step is very much a tactile experience. So let your hands do all the work and become an Italian chef for the day!

Menu

• Fried pizza with locally-grown cherry tomatoes and Burrata
• Homemade pasta with pesto 
• Sea bream in acqua pazza style (in light fish broth) or Eggplant Parmigiana
• Flourless almond meal chocolate cake with ice cream

Cronograma

• 4:00 pm: Welcome drink with cheese and olive oil degustation
• 4:20 pm: Chef will introduce the school and ingredients for this lesson 
• 4:40 pm: Start our hands-on cooking preparation
• 6:00 pm: Time to eat your homemade Italian food
• 8:30 pm: End the class with happy smiles
