Making nigiri-sushi is a skill that is difficult to master alone. Luckily, we can be able to provide you a hands-on experience under the guidance of an expert at Sakura cook. In a small group, learn how to make nigiri-sushi, as well as Japanese stock and miso soup. Experience the traditional and popular Japanese cuisine with our interactive cooking class.

Cronograma

Evening session:

• 5:30 pm: Start class
• 5:35 pm: Prepare Sushi rice
• 5:45 pm: Cook roll omelet for Nigiri-sushi
• 6:00 pm: Japanese broth and Miso soup
• 6:20 pm: Make Nigiri-sushi
• 7:10 pm: Enjoy the meal
• 7:30 pm: End of the cooking class
