Soba is one of the most traditional types of Japanese meal. Soba, made from buckwheat flour, is eaten casually or on special occasions such as new year ceremony. The process of making soba noodle looks simple but you will see it is very sensitive process. During the class, enjoy to make Soba Gozen (set meal that comes with soba, tempura, and dipping sauce) taught by a professional instructor at one of Asia’s largest culinary schools, boasting more than 150 studios throughout the region. Cooking ingredients and tools and lunch with a beverage are all included. Just bring yourself!
