Naj K’oóben is about offering authentic experiences that are fun and interactive, that allow tourists/travellers to learn about Mexican Cuisine in a relaxed environment.

Naj K'oóben creates awareness, understanding and acknowledgement to the rest of the world about not only the great diversity of ingredients, flavors and cooking techniques that Mexican Cuisine holds, but also an insight into local contemporary life.

This is why tourism is an integral part of our chain as it plays a vital role in supporting the local communities that exist today. Without tourism this project is not possible, and therefore we strive to create a memorable and positive experience for all.

Our travellers\tourists are open minded with an appreciation for culture and food. In most of the cases visitors that come to Mexico are willing to immerse themselves in the culture, the people and want to taste real authentic food that Mexico is known for.
