Plant-based cooking class in Hoi An: we could not have wished for a better vegan cooking class in Hoi An. We learned a lot about local live, tourism and environemental aspects of Vietnam. Minh, our tour guide, a very open-minded and humorous person, answered all our questions. And the most important thing: food did not come too short, everything was fresh and and flavorful! Yummy!
