Cookly Pte. Ltd. (“Cookly”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience on our website and mobile application in using our services. This policy covers the Cookly website https://www.cookly.me/ and mobile application (Services) and is applicable worldwide.

This policy outlines our handling practices and how we collect and use the Personal Data you provide during your online and offline interactions with us. Passive Collection

Mobile Application

When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or ”UDID“). We send you push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about any events or promotions that we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you can turn them off at the device level. To ensure you receive proper notifications, we will need to collect certain information about your device such as operating system and user identification information.

Gift Card

If you choose to use our Gift Card service to give a voucher to a friend to use with our Services, you represent that you have their consent to provide us your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email with the Gift Card information to him or her to make a purchase on our Services if him or her agrees with this Privacy Policy. Unless we are authorised by your friend, we will only use your friend’s name and email address for the purposes of sending this one-time email and maintaining an activity log of our Gift Card program.

Sharing your Personal Data

Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)

The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies.
