"Great and relaxed."
Michel is a very good and entertaining host. The market visit was very nice and gave a good insight in Marocain life.

Michel looked after us so well we had lots of fun and learned so much about Moroccan cooking. The day is easy from beginning to end, wonderful flavors and wonderful company.

Michel taught an awesome beef tajine cooking class. Starting at the produce market was an experience unto itself but it was clear that we were getting only the best and freshest cooking materials available in Marrakech. It was also a pivot point as artichokes were out of season so we procured some beautiful carrots instead. From there we visited the butcher and got a fine cut of meat perfect for the tajine. About 10 minutes after we were at the classroom which is a lovely space with its orchard. We learned a few awesome new techniques and made a bunch of delicious salads and pieces of bread to be enjoyed with our beef tajine. After a light dessert to complete the meal, we canceled our dinner plans as it was almost 16:00 (4 pm) and we could not have had more food- we were happily sated but not stuffed. I highly recommend this cooking class if you want a real experience with hands-on training. Thank you, Michel!
"Insightful and fun cooking course"
We had an incredible experience with Chef Michel. After a visit to one of the local markets, we cooked bread, tagine, salads, and pancakes. All recipes were delicious and replicable at home, Michel also gives a lot of practical tips and tricks. The class is well organized and includes a pick-up and drop-off from the Marrakech center.
