We will host our cooking class at a 13th-floor apartment that has a great view of Osaka city and a wonderful kitchen area to learn how to cook traditional Japanese cuisine. Many people take pictures out of our terrace for the sky-high view and Osaka's landmarks, Abeno-Harukas and Tsutenkaku.
We are going to teach several kinds of ''Sushi'' menus in our lesson, such as Maki Sushi (Sushi roll), Chirashi Sushi (Sushi bowl), Uramaki Sushi (American traditional rice facing-out roll), and Temari Sushi (Ball-shaped sushi).
The lesson will take place for about 90 min. and the rest will be for enjoying our food and having friendly conversations with our teachers, assistants, and of course the guests.
We will provide take-home souvenirs for guests and secret original recipes just for you so that you can recap what you've learned.
This menu is a full pescatarian recipe and we will be able to substitute the fish ingredients into vegetables for vegans and vegetarians if needed.
Every Monday and Friday:
Every Wednesday:
Bento Box includes Omu-rice, cheese, kanikama, broccoli, etc

In case you missed the meeting point time: Once you get up the stairs or escalator of Exit 3, you will need to walk 2 blocks south ( you will not need to cross any roads at the intersection, if you see the Lawson convenience store on your left hand, you're in the right track.) Once you've gone 2 blocks, you'll see an arcade on your left hand, so take a left. Once you enter the arcade, take a right and go out of the arcade (it'll be an uphill). Go straight and further straight if you hit an intersection. It will be the brown apartment to the right that says (グランメゾン 松屋町壱番館). Ring the bell by pressing apt# 1301.
We cannot provide a specific vehicle to pick you up, however, we can pick you up personally at the Matsuyamachi Station, Exit 3. We will walk you to the class once you arrive at the station.
