Experience Fresh Pasta Making with Wine & Recipes near the Vatican

I took a class in September with my husband and cousin and it was honestly one of the best classes/activities we've ever taken part in. Romina was very welcoming, enthusiastic, and engaging from start to finish. A little while after class begun, we lost power. One would think this would put a damper on things but on the contrary, it made the class even more fun and helped us break the ice with the other people in the class. We had delicious Italian crackers and wine while we created different types of pasta by the candlelight, providing light for a good portion of the evening. Romina was very detailed with every step of the process and gifted us recipes to take home for the pasta and sauces we made (plus an extra sauce) and a beautiful tote bag at the end. We had lots of laughs and learned a lot throughout. I would highly recommend this class to anyone. It truly felt like cooking with friends or family. Romina was the truly the hostess with the mostest!

The cooking class was great. Romina was so personable, helpful, and a total sweetheart !! Had lots of fun and lot bubbly with Romina. Got to make and enjoy some delicious pasta and learn a little bit about Italian culture. Also made a couple new friends along the way.

Romina is super nice host and treasure well of useful and practical advices! We had amazing experience, made our own dinner and enjoyed it, paired with local wines. Romina was as hands-off as our skill levels allowed but took care to carefully guide us in all of the steps.
