First, you will shop from the local market in the Medina. We'll pick up a few ingredients for our cooking class. 

Then, we'll head back to our house for you to meet Grandmother Fatima and have a welcome drink. We will next begin the cooking class on the rooftop of Dar Settash with a panoramic view of the Medina.

You will learn Moroccan cooking in a traditional way with my grandmother Fatima.
