This class is an invitation to discover authentic Balinese flavors cooking class with five secret dishes presented at the Balinese compound.
Our class is located backyard of our compound, facing the valley view. My team and I have a keen interest in Balinese food and culinary art, and we are eager to share our expertise and knowledge with our guests.

- Sayur Urab Salad (Mixed Veggies with coconut)
- Tempe Asam Manis (Fresh sweet and sour tempeh)
- Sate Lilit Bali (Balinese Kebab Traditional)
- Ikan Sambal Matah (Fish fried Tuna with raw sauce)
- Opor Ayam Bali (Balinese curry sweet sour chicken)
- Banana Fritters or Black rice pudding as dessert

MORNING CLASS
This class includes the local market tour! Come and learn how to prepare and cook a Balinese meal while enjoying the relaxing non-touristy countryside. On the way to our village, we will stop at a local market for a brief tour. Our school is approximately 1 km east from Ubud central.
- 8:30 am: Pickup at your hotel
- 8:00 am: Visit local market ( morning class only)
- 8:30 am: Short rice paddy walk and tour
- 9:30 am: Arrive at our compund and Introduction ( coffee or tea is served)
- 10:00 am: Cooking session 1 and tasting
- 11:30am: Cooking session 2 and testing
- 1:00 pm: Dessert session and time to enjoying your dish
- 1:45pm: End of the cooking class and recipe sending to email
- 2:30 pm: Back to your hotel

AFTERNOON CLASS
After the pick-up from Ubud, we will take you directly to our Rasa Bumi cooking class location in Pejeng. Upon arrival, we will have some coffee or tea as a refreshment drink.
- 3:30 pm: Pickup at your hotel

- 5:30 pm: Arrive at our compund and Introduction ( coffee or tea is served)
- 6:00 pm: Cooking session 1 and tasting
