You will not only discover the secret of origin Balinese food at traditional home but our guide would also take you to the traditional market where you can see the ingredients, offerings, Balinese snacks, and so on.

After the local market, your guide will invite you to see the rice fields and explain the uniqueness of the rice plants.

And then, you will go to our home, located at Laplapan Village, our family will expertly assist you in creating your own Balinese food. You will also get a new experience about young coconut leaf creations You will make Canang sari (offerings) as a part of the traditional Balinese ceremony.

• Jukut Ares Kacang Barak ( traditional balinese soup with balinese bean and banana trunk) 
• Sayur Me Urab ( mix vegetable with balinese spice) 
• Sate Lilit Be Siap ( minced chicken satay) 
• Sate Tusuk (chicken skewer) 
• Tum Be Pasih ( fish with balinese spice wrapped in banana leaf) 
• Tempe Basa Gede ( sweet tempe with basic yellow sauce) 
• Sambal Matah ( raw spices with coconut oil) 
• Base Kacang (peanut sauce) 
• Godoh Biu (fried banana fritter )
• Nasi Sele ( steam rice with sweet potatoes)

Schema

• 8:00 am: Pick up at your hotel in Ubud
• 8:30 am: Visit the local traditional market 
• 9:00 am: Rice field and explain the uniqueness of the rice plant
• 9:20 am: Back to our home. We will serve some snack and welcome drink. 
• 9:30 am: Make the young coconut leaf offering "Canang Sari" And explain the structure of Balinese traditional house.
• 10:00 am: Start the traditional Balinese cooking class
• 12:00 pm: Enjoy the lunch that you made by your own hands. 
• 1:00 pm: Back to your hotel
