The class was exceptional and chef guided us through the art of making pasta from scratch in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The intimate setting at the beautiful Poderi estate allowed for plenty of personal attention, ensuring everyone felt involved and capable. The class was incredibly well-organized, and the fresh, locally sourced ingredients made a noticeable difference in the flavors of the dishes we prepared.

Experience a touch of everyday Italian life. You will arrive in Chianti to our recently-restored Tuscan home. You'll learn the secrets of handmade pasta, which we'll eat with some of our Chianti's famous wine. If the weather is nice you can eat in the garden admiring the vineyards and the olive trees. You can live a few hours in an authentic Tuscan house from 1600s. You can learn the secrets of homemade pasta and good sauces. You will use organic ingredients and herbs that we will harvest in the garden. You will also learn how to prepare a delicious "tiramisù". It will be a pleasure to eat what you have cooked with your hands.
