As Sicilian food has always been an important part of my life. 20 years ago I moved to Tuscany and I decided to turn my passion into my work. I feel blessed to live in Italy, we have fresh local ingredients and a strong culinary tradition that changes moving through the Country.
During the class, you will explore this Italian heritage using just local and seasonal ingredients. You will learn new tips, improving your skill in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We will prepare fresh pasta, traditional Italian vegetarian dishes, and desserts.
Welcome coffee, a glass of prosecco, and wine included. At the end of the class, you will receive printed recipes with detailed instructions and tips.
