Immerse yourself in the flavors of authentic Japanese cuisine in a warm, welcoming setting. Enjoy delicious Japanese dishes made with gluten-free ingredients. We’ll guide you step-by-step through the ingredients, seasonings, and preparation methods. Don't worry about making mistakes—every dish will turn out delicious! After learning these cooking techniques, you'll be able to recreate these flavors and share them with your friends and family back home, perfect for your next party.

The class takes place in a rental kitchen in Tokyo. Once you reserve your spot, we will send you detailed directions and route information.

NOTE:

• After completing your reservation, please email us and tell us the nearest station or the name of the place where you will be staying. We will guide you to the nearest kitchen.
• Depending on the number of people, we may also guide you to a larger kitchen. 
• Children are welcome! We will also prepare content tailored for children so that they can also enjoy themselves. We also provide traditional Japanese toys for them to experience. Please feel free to come.

Menu

• Gyoza made with dumpling skins from  flour, filled with minced pork, cabbage,  　soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and potato starch.
• （This menu can be adapted to gluten-free）
• Sushi rolls(carrot , kanpyo, cucumber , imitation club, rolled egg , vinegared rice)
• Green tea ice cream sweets 

Jadwal

• 11:00 AM: Meet your instructor.
• 11:10 AM: Start of the cooking session. 
• 12:30 PM: Enjoy the dish you created. 
• 1:30 PM: End of experience.

• Our afternoon session is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
