Prepare 3 great classics of Italian cuisine: Fresh Pasta, homemade Ravioli, and delicious Tiramisù. Each participant has a single station to work from.

Your pasta is seasoned with the best Roman sauce (Cacio e pepe,Carbonara, and many more). Last but not least, Make & Eat Tiramisù. Unleash your creativity declining the traditional recipe with a selection of tasty ingredients.

Join our social table, enjoy your wine, and take the opportunity to ask your Chef all the tips and tricks about Italian food and the best spot to be in Rome.

3. Bruschetta Tomato and Basil: Wood oven toasted bread with garlic, oregano, basil and tomato.

4. Ravioli Buffalo Ricotta cheese and Parmesan: We'll make & eat delicious stuffed Ravioli , seasoned whether with Butter and sage or Tomato and basil

5. Fresh Fettuccine pasta: We'll make and eat the best fresh pasta seasoned with typical Roman sauces (Cacio e pepe,Carbonara, and many more)

6. Tiramisu, We'll make and eat an authentic handmade Tiramisù, with diffrent Italian toppings, from pistachio to strawberries

"Learning to Cook Italian!"

We learned so much and had a great family time! Our chef was patient and kind as we learned through our mistakes! We can't wait to return home to start using all we learned!

"Excellent Italian cooking experience!"

We had a fantastic time on the cooking class with Mersad, making Tiramisu and pasta. We took our three children (13 and 10 years old) who really enjoyed it. I think this was a good age to take them at there was quite a bit to learn and the class lasted 3 hrs (including eating), so they had to concentrate for a good period of time. Mersad was great fun and carried the group along with the cooking whilst sharing his considerable knowledge of Italian food. Grazie mille from the Liverpool supporters!
