Our cooking class is a perfect activity to enjoy the warmth, hospitality, and atmosphere of Vietnamese home-style meals. This will be your home away from home.

Together, we will cook 5 local Vietnamese dishes. Our chef will ensure you learn all the best Vietnamese cooking techniques and recipes, as well as gain insights into local food culture.

We promise you will take back some great memories to share with your friends and family!

Please inform us about any food allergies and vegetarians are welcome. Let us know if you can eat fish sauce and eggs in advance.

"Very good cooking class."

Our cooking class took place at a nearby stilt house overlooking a small crab bay. Qui showed us traditional techniques used to dehusk rice, produce rice milk and fresh rice paper, and she let us try it. She then showed us how to prepare 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes: 2 types of spring rolls, rice pancakes, southern-style vermicelli and Hanoi-style pho. She provides a cooking book at the end of it. Please notice that although this is called ‘Da Nang cooking class’ this is actually held in Hoi An because of Covid. We were surprised about this, but Qui arranged transportation both ways. Totally worth it!

There was great energy and laughter, and the food was delicious! I went there alone but left with many friends! I highly recommend this awesome class!!
