We will prepare 5 course menù, including appetizer, fresh pasta from scratch, second course with side dish and dessert.
The menù will change depending on seasons and availability of fresh products, but just for an example can be:
Fresh anchovies fried or Panelle (chickpeas slides fried)
Fresh pasta alla Norma or Spaghetti with fresh sardines and wild fennel
Swordfish rolls or Sardinas "Beccafico" or Sicilian meat rolls
Eggplant Caponata or Orange and fennel salad
Cannoli or Biancomangiare or Semifreddo (almond or pistacchio)

We will meet in "piazza San Giovanni" , Giardini Naxos , in front of the church Santa Maria Immacolata. From here, we will walk just a few minutes and reach our kitchen.
