The class will be held at my place called ''Simple Thai Cooking House'' which is in the local area with a small canal right the front.
At Simple Thai Cooking House, You will have a chance to visit ''Bangkae Market'' which is a local fresh market always bustling with locals. Participants will get to pick fresh ingredients to cook out a storm.
- Morning class (9am-12.30pm) with the local fresh market tour
- On request, afternoon classes can be scheduled
- We also provide private classes for our guests
What we will provide:
- 4 dishes including your favorite dessert. Our dishes are without MSG
- Water, Warm herbal drink (depend on the day you visit), and Thai beer is available (will be charged)
- Pick up and drop off at BANGWA BTS Station before and after the class.
- All kitchen equipment will be prepared

Jadwal
Morning session:
- 10:00 am: Pick up at BANGWA BTS station exit 4
- 10:15 am: Local market tour
- 11:00 am: Arrive at our Simple Thai Cooking House
- 11:10 am: Some snacks will be served
- 11:15 am: Preparation for mouthwatering Thai dishes and testing
- 1:15 pm: Preparation for dessert and testing
- 1:30 pm: End of the cooking class with happiness
- 1:45 pm: Back to BANGWA BTS station
Afternoon session:
- 3:00 pm: Meet at Sirikarn Apartment, Phetkasem42, Bangchak, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160 (At the small bridge end of Phetkasem42) the nearest station is BANGWA BTS Station.
- 3:10 pm: Some snacks will be served
- 3:20 pm: Preparation for mouthwatering Thai dishes and testing
- 5:10 pm: Preparation for dessert and testing
- 5:30 pm: End of the cooking class with happiness
- 5:45 pm: Drop off at BANGWA BTS station

Nice expérience, friendly host and stridents, just the good number (4people) clear explanations in a perfect english. Good atmosphere. Delicious receipes !

"Awesome"
Class was really amazing. We started with the visit at a local market and it was so interesting. Then we cooked 4 meals, our host explained us all ingredients, how to prepare them, in what order, etc. Meals were delicious and atmosphere was really Great.

"wow, what a fantastic experience"
We had always planned to do a Thai cooking class when in Bangkok but boy are we glad we attended the memorable Thai Cooking Class hosted by Mei and her mother. From the BTS trip out to the end of the line where the locals live and work to the true-blue local market experience (which was a highlight for my 12-year-old who has only ever been to supermarkets and Farmers markets) to visiting Mei's home to the cooking session itself, the experience was fantastic. And I haven't even mentioned the food! I frequently cook Thai at home, including tsome of the dishes we cooked but to be able to make the dishes with authentic ingredients and prepare the cury paste from scratch was great. For my daughter and I making the cocount milk from scrtach was another highlight. The dishes were made to suit your own palate and my daughter was finally brave enough to try green curry and is now another fan of the dish. We will definitely be making the Red Rubies dessert for my young niece and newphews for Christmas eve. Totally recommend this cooking lass and the experience, You will not regret it.

"Memorable Thai Cooking Class"
We had a very nice experince with Thai cooking course.
The teacher Mimi was very professional and knew what to do. We learned alot and now we have a good capability to prepare same Thai food at home.
The atmophere at the course was positive and relax and we had a lot of fun.
We can strongly recommend this course!

"Highly recommend"
The teacher was so friendly. I was the only one taking the class, but she treated me like I was her friend yet taught me a lot of things in very professional way, so the class was so much fun. Even though if you got others in your class, maximum number would be 4 ppl, very small 100% hand-on class.
someone might think the place is a bit far away from the centre, but BTS takes you the place very quickly and you can see a real local market and the house where the class takes place.
