We had a wonderful time during the class. The chef and staff are true and friendly. We went to the real local market and walk through deeply. The DIY flowering part are fun and interactive. The cooking part is extraordinary. We are buddhism-vegan and they prepared the fresh ingredient for us. The cooking results also tasted awesome. In the end, we all felt this is the highlight of this trip.

Great cuisine is not always made in an obvious place. The Alena Resort is proud to share the unique skill & secret recipe. Under guidance by our Balinese Gourmet Chef, you can learn how to prepare local delicious food.
Cooking venue is inside of Hotel Area at our Perantenan Restaurant view to the rice field and you will start by shopping in Ubud traditional market for approximately one hour, where you will find Balinese spices & vegetables displayed and sold in a traditional way. The cooking class will take for approximately one and half hours, our Chef will share his secret dishes recipes and followed with your memorable luncheon. Take home our secret recipe as our gift and impress your family & friends with your Balinese cooking skills.
