소개

An original day trip from Rome to discover the City of Wine! We will first make you visit the old town of Frascati to discover the places of the wine & food tradition, meet local artisans and taste artisanal wine!

We will then transfer you in 5 minutes to our 9th generation family farmhouse. There the family will lead you to visit the old vineyards and the old wine cellar of the historic winery, where you will be introduced to the famous Frascati wine. The Minardi Historic Farmhouse is now a sort of “Frascati Wine Museum”, a family-run Wine Farmhouse surrounded by ancient vineyards, olive groves and breathtaking views.

We will guide you through a professional tasting of the three boutique wines and oil of the family production! All of the wines will be paired with a Lunch served at the farmhouse and prepared by our Chef! Familiar Atmosphere, Vegan and Vegetarian-friendly!

Seasonal Menu prepared by the Chef at the farmhouse, made of:

Wine tasting of our nr. three boutique wines
Several tasty appetizers (aged pecorino cheese, ricotta cheese, local cold meats, olives, firewood baked bread and pizzas)
The seasonal first course made of Frascati and Roman Pasta
Traditional wine cookies
Italian Espresso coffee

"Best part of our Rome Trip"

Had an easy time booking through Cookly and I got an email confirmation right away. The tour was as described, we met Claudio at the taxi stand and had a small group tour (13 people) of the town of Frascati. Claudio was a knowledgeable and spirited tour guide with lots of interesting bits of information! We stopped in Frascati for the first wine tasting, then made our way to the vineyard for a beautiful and authentic taste of Italian wine. The small group setting made it a very intimate compared to other tours we had experienced. The wine and food were awesome, and the hosts were very helpful. Definitely recommend doing this as part of your trip, as it was the favorite part of ours!

We met Claudio at the taxi stand and started a spirited tour of Frascati with a small tour group (13 people). We stopped in the city for our first wine tasting, then made our way to the vineyard and experienced and authentic vineyard with lots of history and character. The wine was amazing and we got proper glasses and not small samples. Claudio was a knowledgeable and spirited tour guide with lots of information about the town and vineyard. Everything and everyone was authentic, the wine was delicious, and the views we're breath taking! Definitely the best part of our trip and will be going back if we come back to Rome!
