In Keeping with its pionneering spirit in Morocco, the cooking workshops at La Maison Arabe take cooking experience to a different level and invite food lovers to discover the secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine.

The cooking school is located in a beautifully restored space, just a few steps away from La Maison Arabe hotel, the classes are all run by a dada.

Today, La Maison Arabe is considered one of the leading gastronomic addresses in Marrakech.

"Tasty Learning experience"

Nicely set up cooling class with cleqr instructions, good quality ingredients and cooking equipment in traditional setting

"Productive and Fun Moroccan Cooking Class"

This chicken with preserved lemon and olives tajin cooking class was one of the unexpected highlights of my 6-day stay in Marrakech. The facility is state-of-the-art, the staff are true experts, not just of cooking but also of teaching, and it is informative, educational, and FUN! Even the other students were interesting and a pleasure to be with. We got to eat our creations after lunch and it was the best tajin I had during my stay. Highly recommended!

Friendly, informative, hands on, traditional cooking. Fantastic kitchen set up. A lovely welcome with tea and a gift for us all when we left. A terrific 3 hours. Enjoyable whether you are a seasoned chef or a casual chef!!

What a great time my family and I had with the Dada at Maison Arabe. Well worth the time and money to get a personal tour of Moroccan cuisine.

Other than terrific and an exceptional experience, what else can one say. The staff was professional, polished, and personable. Our Dada (the top chef) was very clear on all that we had to do, and was patient with everyone. All our dishes were exquisitely executed and completed with all the guidance that was presented. I know that all of will be able to return home and repeat all of these delicious menu ideas. I had a marvelous time!
