This engaging hands-on workshop offers a unique opportunity for both food enthusiasts and travelers eager to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of Japanese home cooking traditions.

Please consider the following notes:

Kindly avoid staying here if you are uncomfortable with dogs. (I have a small pet dog in a separate room.)
If you have any food allergies, please inform us beforehand.
Since lessons take place in a residential setting, please be mindful of noise levels in shared areas of the apartment building.

Onigiri (Choices include salmon, plum, cheese bonito flakes, yuzu mayonnaise, and other flavors upon request.)

To see how traditional onigiri is made from scratch is quite the Japanese experience and I think all should try. It affords additions perks of learning Japanese and more about culture.
