What better way to learn how to cook authentic Thai food than at a local's home?

In this private class, you'll get a lot of personal attention and for a short moment feel like you're living in Thailand. This Thai family's cookbook contains more than 100 recipes that have been gathered by more than three generations. You'll decide which iconic dishes you want to cook and make sure the recipes will live on in your family as well!

Together you'll enjoy what you made!

Each class covers three dishes of your choice. If you are an early bird, consider the a morning lessons, because it includes a trip to a traditional local fresh market!

Choose any 3 of the dishes below (many more dishes on request):

Yam Neua Yang (spicy barbecued beef salad)
Pla Ga-pong Neung Mana (steamed sea bass with lemon, chili and garlic sauce)
Gaeng Som Plachon Pae-s (sweet 'n sour soup with deep-fried snakehead fish)
Gaeng Pet Pet Yang (red curry with roasted duck)
Pla Gapong Neung Sii-iw (steamed snapper with soy sauce)

"A really great class, tailor made for the two of us."

The class was just what we were looking for! We wanted to learn to cook some things other than the usual Pad Thai and green/red curry, and this class is perfect for that. Angsana was really accomodating, the trip to the market was a lovely learning experience, and the ingredients she got for our dishes were premium and abundant. The class took place in her home which is in a beautiful part of town and very well set up for the classes. I would absolutely recommend Angsana’s class if you want an intimate and tailored experience.

Angsana and her mother put on an excellent cooking class! This is where you'll learn the secrets to traditional Thai cooking along with the shortcuts most modern restaurants take. Every dish here will be done the traditional way, by hand, from scratch. We've been cooking Thai food for years, but this experience changed our entire approach. I highly recommend this class!
