This experience is your chance to discover the culinary traditions of Hoi An and central Vietnam.
First, we'll explore the cultural center market with typical Vietnamese stalls such as fish stalls, vegetable stalls, spice stalls, meat stalls, and handicrafts.
We will also enjoy snacks and drinks at the market like the locals. Experience shopping, bargaining, identifying, and classifying the quality of vegetables, food, and spices.
Then, we'll return to Hoi An Heart Kitchen restaurant to attend a cooking class where the head chef will teach you how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes and share their experiences and culinary culture from the different regions of Vietnam that create the uniqueness of Vietnamese cuisine.
Morning tour: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Afternoon tour: 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm
